Having positive thoughts and being a positive person is easier then you think. Mastering positive thinking is something anyone can do.
I have been a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 20 years. One of the reasons that I became a nurse besides wanting to help people, was because I love to study human nature.
Early on in my career I started to wonder why some people have success, great health, and love while others have a huge black cloud that hangs over their head. They are always complaining of some illness, they never have enough money and they are either in a bad marriage, divorced or alone.
What was really interesting to me was that many of these people came from the same socioeconomic backgrounds. So what was different about the successful person?
What made someone like Oprah Winfrey find success and happiness even when the deck was clearly stacked against her.
I began to study the successful person's behavior and actions to see what he was doing that the others were not. I began to see a pattern.
Successful individuals have positive thoughts. They have developed the skills needed for mastering positive thinking.
They believe in themselves. They focus on what they want. They don’t let others discourage them and they keep on moving in the right direction.
Whether you believe it or not, you are exactly where you are because of your thoughts. Positive thoughts equals a happy and successful life while negative thoughts equals a life of sadness and despair.
Mastering positive thinking is an enormous step to achieving what you truly want. Your thoughts directly correlate with your life.
You create your own destiny and reality through your beliefs about what you deserve or don’t deserve. Your thoughts drive your actions which put you precisely where you are right now. For many people they are just where they want to be but if you are reading this, chances are you want more out of your life.

Attraction or Coincidence
Some people would say it is just coincidence or luck when something wonderful happens to someone but is it? Have you ever thought about an old friend you haven’t seen in a while and suddenly they call you? or Have you ever really wanted something so badly you can taste it and you get it. Your thoughts are made up of energy and vibrations that attract what they are focused on.
Do you think Oprah just got lucky? You may say well she has talent. We all have talent, we just have to explore it and believe in it. Bill Gates couldn’t do what Oprah did but Oprah couldn’t do what Bill Gates did. Both were successful because they knew what they wanted and were positive that they were going to get it.
Positive Thoughts versus the Law of Attraction
Although the two go hand-in-hand, they are not quite the same. Positive thinking helps you to feel deserving of the great gifts life has to offer. It eliminates fear and it creates success when we take action based on our thoughts.
The Laws of Attraction are universal laws that are driven by what we put out into the universe. We all know the saying “What goes around; comes around” and the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Or the positive way to say it; “Treat others as you would want to be treated.” Thoughts are just the first step that drives the laws of attraction.
Although this website focuses on Positive thoughts and Mastering Positive Thinking skills; the Goal is to understand how the Law of Attraction works. Together we will discover how amazing and powerful our thoughts and feelings are in effecting our lives.
